We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Crew Leader to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for a professional who upholds high standards of craftsmanship, values industry best practices, and takes pride in leading small crews through the execution of high-end landscape construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead crew in the installation of project layout, landscape masonry and planting.
Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites at all times.
Communicate material and equipment needs with foresight for upcoming tasks.
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
Maintain accurate daily records using digital tools, job sheets, and timecards.
Uphold safety protocols and train crew members on best practices.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of field-based construction experience.
Ability to lead and support 1-3 crew members.
Familiarity with reading construction plans and translating layout in the field.
Proficient in operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other construction equipment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license required.
