$30.00 to $35.00 / Hour
Position Overview Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.

The Leave of Absence Administrator will be responsible for processing leave of absence for the company, which includes federal and state leave of absences.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
Process new leave of absence requests in our LOA Administration system
Determine leave eligibility based on documentation received and demographic information in the LOA administration system
Follow up on missing information
Send out required notifications to the employee and management team
Answer employee and restaurant manager questions regarding leave of absences
Respond to State Disability and STD/LTD claim inquiries and requests for information
Update LOA status in UKG
What we require:
High School Diploma
Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA, CFRA, PDLL, ADA, etc. (including eligibility and entitlements)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to show compassion and provide excellent customer service
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
What we prefer:
Prior experience working with an LOA Administration system (AbsenceSoft preferred)
Prior HRIS experience (UKG Preferred)
Prior experience working with Accommodations under ADA and the interactive process
