A summer camp food service company is seeking an experienced SPECIAL DIETS (ALLERGEN) CHEF / SOUS CHEF to manage culinary needs at various locations. This demanding hands-on position requires extensive knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for individuals with dietary restrictions. Candidates must have at least 2 years of commercial kitchen experience and excel in a fast-paced environment. Room, Board, and Travel Assistance are provided for staff living on-site.
