What’s the Job? Title: Site Superintendent
Location: Eddyville, Iowa
Salary: Full Time – Salary Position – up to $110,000.00 (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (May include some Friday coverage – average 42‑46 hours weekly)
What Will I Be Doing?
Supervising and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain industrial equipment.
Preparing work schedules, assigning work, and overseeing the work product. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performing a variety of complicated tasks. Employee will perform any and all other duties assigned by the Site Account Manager.
Managing, directing, coordinating and performing the craft through field supervision; communicating with supervisors and customer on service delivery; acting as a liaison between the Account Manager, Supervisors, Planners, and Departments.
Promoting C&W Services both internally and externally; mentoring with high standards; and ensuring compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies and procedures to include all applicable codes, standards and specifications.
Communicating with all team members to assist the development of short‑ and long‑range goals and objectives.
Coordinating and directing RCA’s to facilitate team growth during opportunities to improve the department. Directing team members by allocating time for one‑on‑one coaching.
Achieving performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals; teaching and promoting our services to the customer for value impact to their business.
Ensuring accurate administrative duties of all team members; time accounting, job planning, work order completion, ordering materials, workload assessment and up‑date / review maintenance management system (ASAP).
Coordinating with the scheduling department; ensuring all work is scheduled, updated, and closed appropriately. Working with team members to allocate resources as required, coordinate shut‑downs, contact vendors for plant and maintenance requirements.
Ensuring team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
Maintaining positive customer and employee relations.
Procurement, coordination, and scheduling of training seminars and activities for employee development.
Any and all other duties as assigned.

Experience: 10 years industrial mechanical experience and supervisory experience required.
Background check and drug screen required.
Physical Demands
The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Control Precision – The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
Manual Dexterity – The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required.
Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time.
Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools.
Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.
Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties.
Communication/Expression – The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Information Ordering – The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
