Responsibilities
Lead shifts each week to deliver quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, and maintain safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
Help departments meet goals and targets.
As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for
Food Safety

Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
Managing Crew
Quality Food Production

Safety and Security
Scheduling
Training
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum age 18 years or older.
