Responsibilities
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
Plan shift schedules and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and profitability goals.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
Help departments meet their targets and overall shift objectives.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player willing to work a flexible schedule.
Passion for operating in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
