IAM Architect (with Saviynt Application Onboarding Expertise)
Location: 102 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11714

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with proven hands‑on expertise in Saviynt application onboarding to join our team in Hauppauge, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and implement enterprise‑grade IAM solutions with a primary focus on the Saviynt IGA platform
Lead end‑to‑end application onboarding into Saviynt (connector configuration, REST/SOAP web services, custom integration rules, entitlement modeling, access request workflows, certification campaigns, etc.)
Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
Perform technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for new application integrations
Develop and maintain Saviynt connectors (custom JARs when needed), correlation rules, SOD policies, and risk‑based certifications
Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and infrastructure groups to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing governance
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers
Participate in IAM roadmap planning, tool evaluations, and process improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of hands‑on IAM architecture and implementation experience
Minimum 3+ years of deep Saviynt experience with multiple full‑life‑cycle application onboarding projects
Expert‑level knowledge of Saviynt EIC/IGA modules: application onboarding, access provisioning, birthright access, access reviews, SOD, and analytics
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle EBS, etc.)
Proficiency in Java/Groovy/Beanshell for custom Saviynt development
Solid understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, ABAC, segregation of duties, least privilege)
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Relevant certifications a plus (Saviynt Certified, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
This is a 100% onsite role based in Hauppauge, NY. No remote or hybrid options available.
