$108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of team development.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and inventory control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation trends.
