Salary Range:
$82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
Oversee material planning, scheduling, and procurement processes to ensure timely availability for production.
Manage and improve warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material flow.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to align material supply with demand forecasts.
Implement and maintain robust ERP/MRP system functionalities for accurate material tracking and reporting.
Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives related to materials, logistics, and inventory management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for inventory planning, production scheduling, and procurement.
Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Experience with international supply chain logistics and customs compliance
