Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to drive operational excellence.
Develop, deliver, and champion continuous improvement training programs for all levels of employees.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the impact and sustainability of improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement throughout the organization.
Coach and mentor teams in the application of continuous improvement tools and principles.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, training, and change management capabilities.
Bonus Qualifications
Master Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or simulation tools
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 principles, automation, or advanced analytics in a manufacturing context
