Recommended Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory planning and control.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and data‑driven problem‑solving skills for inventory optimization.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, coupled with excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proven experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with global supply chain management and international logistics.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Advanced proficiency in specific ERP modules (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle SCM).
