5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning, procurement, and inventory control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with ERP system implementation or module ownership (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle SCM modules)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
International logistics and trade compliance experience
