Salary Range:
$85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
Develop, implement, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships effectively.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Analyze equipment failures, implement root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to improve reliability.
Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions.
Recommended Qualifications
5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in CMMS implementation and optimizing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Proven leadership skills in managing and developing maintenance teams.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
