Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Lead internal and external quality audits and manage non-conformance resolution.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced QMS software implementation or optimization
ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
