Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is seeking an Experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital’s Emergency Department, ensuring high quality patient care and compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, including staffing, workflow, and quality of patient care.
Develop and implement performance initiatives to improve patient safety outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Manage daily work activities and coordinate resources to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
Ensure optimal patient safety and regulatory compliance for the Emergency Department.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
BSN required, MSN preferred.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
DC RN license required.
Three years of Emergency Department Manager experience.
TNCC required.
Skills
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Demonstrated track record of sustained employment for a minimum of two years.
