QLM Search is partnering with a US division of a global group, a specialist Service Partner to Ingredients, Food & Beverage groups, to hire their next US Divisional CFO. Reporting to the CEO and dotted line to the Global CFO, this role will be instrumental in delivering world class performance across a high growth business that has recently made acquisitions and is a world leader in its sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance team, driving increased focus on business partnership, fit for purpose commercial analytics and the controls environment.
Work closely with the US CEO, C‑suite team and global CFO to develop and execute strategy.
Drive and promote the business intelligence strategy (technology, people & process) for Finance.
Actively develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at growing the business while ensuring the financial health of the operation.
Partner with marketing, commercial and operations (20+ sites) to drive key objectives and negotiate key customer contracts.
Qualifications
Proven, hands‑on finance leader with deep experience of working in a regional division ($200M+ of a global group) in an entrepreneurial, service‑driven environment.
Extensive experience across FP&A, partnering and controls, excellent stakeholder management, and a skilled collaborator able to influence across the business.
Preferred sector experience in food, beverage, ingredients or a service business.
