Key Responsibilities

Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for efficient material flow and product delivery.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related engineering field.
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, inventory optimization, and S&O processes.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with international sourcing, import/export regulations, and global logistics
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
