About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation will drive the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. The primary focus is leading a company‑wide Adobe Workfront implementation, aligning tool strategy with business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes to enhance cross‑functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include promoting standardized documentation, prioritizing and assigning Technology Implementation requests, coordinating maintenance of knowledge‑based solutions, managing vendor relationships, and presenting project highlights to the Technology department and BetMGM executive team.

Responsibilities

Lead the Workfront implementation program, managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to.

Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and other platforms.

Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.

Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks.

Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning initiatives and tasks, and providing support and guidance throughout.

Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards.

Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training material.

Maintain enterprise tools and knowledge bases by regularly meeting stakeholders to align configuration and documentation with business strategy.

Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to understand and incorporate business needs into implementation priorities.

Act as department lead when the Director is unavailable, attending meetings and providing updates to senior leadership.

Provide direct line management, setting performance objectives and coaching team members.

Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards that increase visibility into Technology department performance and IT project outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative is required.

5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with executive teams preferred.

Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines, including scoping initiatives and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule.

Proven leadership experience, especially in building, leading, and motivating teams.

Expertise in resource optimization and reporting.

Experience rolling out enterprise tool enhancements that promote workflow efficiencies.

Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness.

Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.

Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency.

Experience working with global stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology preferred, but not required.

Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or a similar industry preferred.

PMP certification desired, but not required.

Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 to $181,000, adjusted for geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The role is also eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM must comply with state gaming regulations, which include licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, and some positions require multiple licenses. Failure to obtain or maintain required licensure may result in termination. The licensing process involves comprehensive background checks, including criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification. All candidates must also support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
