About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation is responsible for driving the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools across the organization. The role focuses on a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront, aligning tool strategy to business objectives, consolidating overlapping tools, and establishing scalable processes to enhance cross‑functional collaboration. It also includes promoting standardized documentation, coordinating maintenance of the Technology knowledge‑based solution, maintaining vendor relationships, and presenting key project highlights to the Technology department and BetMGM Executive team.
Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront Implementation program by managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Develop a Workfront support structure to address business stakeholder inquiries and requests.
Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks.
Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning initiatives and tasks, providing support and guidance throughout.
Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
Optimize tool rollouts by developing and coordinating rollout communications and training material for stakeholders.
Maintain enterprise tools and knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders to align configuration and documentation with business strategy.
Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to understand strategic needs and incorporate them into priorities.
Act as the department lead when the Director is unavailable by attending meetings, providing updates to senior leadership, and managing the team.
Provide direct line management by setting performance objectives and coaching to meet them.
Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase visibility into overall Technology department performance and IT project performance.
Qualifications
Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative.
5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience communicating with executive teams is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and maintaining comprehensive project schedules.
Proven leadership experience in building, leading, and motivating teams.
Expertise in resource optimization and reporting.
Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies.
Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness.
Skill in partnering with stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties.
Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency.
Experience working alongside global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or Technology is preferred.
Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industries is preferred.
PMP certification is desired.
Salary The annual salary range for this position is $136K to $181K. Factors influencing pay include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. The position is also eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM must comply with state gaming regulations, requiring employees to hold appropriate licenses. Failure to maintain licensure may result in termination. Licensing involves comprehensive background checks. Candidates must also support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
