About The Role The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation drives the successful delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools. Initially leading a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront, the role also aligns tool strategy to business objectives, consolidates overlapping tools, establishes scalable processes, promotes standardized documentation, prioritizes and assigns implementation requests, coordinates maintenance, manages vendor relationships, and produces required documentation and communications. The role includes collecting updates and presenting key project highlights to the Technology department and BetMGM Executive team. Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront Implementation program, managing consultant resources and project stakeholders to ensure scope, timelines, and budget are adhered to and provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders. Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc. Develop a Workfront support structure to address stakeholder inquiries and requests. Serve as the first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and/or risks. Manage a Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning initiatives and tasks, and providing support and guidance throughout initiatives. Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents to ensure quality standards are adhered to. Optimize tool rollouts by developing and/or coordinating rollout communications and training material to relevant stakeholders. Maintain enterprise tools and Technology knowledge bases by meeting with stakeholders regularly to ensure tool configuration and documentation align with business strategy. Align with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to understand strategic needs and incorporate them into implementation priorities. Act as the acting department lead when the Director is unavailable by attending meetings, providing updates to senior leadership, and managing team members when needed. Provide direct line management by setting performance objectives and giving guidance and coaching to ensure objectives are met. Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into overall department performance and IT project performance. Qualifications
Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative is required. 5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment. Superior communication and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with executive teams is preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver autonomously within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule. Proven leadership experience, especially in building, leading, and motivating teams. Expertise and demonstrated success in resource optimization and reporting. Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies. Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion and effectiveness. Successful partnership with a wide range of stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties. Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. to optimize team efficiency. Experience working alongside global stakeholders. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology is preferred but not required. Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or a similar industry is preferred. PMP certification is desired but not required. Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range is $136K to $181K, depending on geography, skills, education, and experience. The position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM complies with state gaming regulations, which include licensing obligations. Employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, and certain positions require multiple agencies. Failure to become or maintain licensure may result in termination.
