The Senior Manager of Technology Implementation is responsible for driving the delivery, optimization, and adoption of enterprise workflow and productivity tools. Initially focused on a company‑wide implementation of Adobe Workfront, the role will also align tool strategy to business objectives, consolidate overlapping tools, and establish scalable processes. Responsibilities
Lead the Workfront implementation program, managing consultant resources and project stakeholders. Oversee initiatives to improve existing enterprise tool workflows in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, etc. Develop a Workfront support structure for stakeholder inquiries and requests. Serve as first point of escalation for initiative roadblocks and risks. Manage the Technology Implementation team by prioritizing and assigning tasks, provide guidance and coaching. Review and finalize work products such as user guides, business communications, and process documents. Optimize tool rollouts by developing rollout communications and training materials. Maintain enterprise tools and knowledge bases, ensuring configuration aligns with strategy. Collaborate with the Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation on strategic priorities. Act as department lead when the Director is unavailable. Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards for visibility into technology performance and IT projects. Qualifications
Experience working on a Workfront implementation initiative. 5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment. Superior communication & interpersonal skills; experience communicating with executive teams is preferred. Ability to deliver autonomously within timelines, scoping initiatives and maintaining project schedules. Proven leadership experience in building and motivating teams. Expertise in resource optimization and reporting. Experience rolling out enhancements to enterprise tools that promote workflow efficiencies. Ability to work across cultures and locations, driving team cohesion. Partnering with stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties. Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Trello, etc. Global stakeholder experience. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business or technology (preferred). Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred. PMP certification desired. Compensation
$136K–$181K annual salary. Eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan. Bonus and salary may vary by market. Compliance & Licensing
