Clinical Supervisor
Children's Services of Roxbury Inc. invites applicants to join our behavioral health clinic as a full‑time Clinical Supervisor. In this role you will lead a team of clinicians, oversee service quality, and drive case management success within a culturally competent and individualized practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide weekly supervision and guidance to clinical and direct‑care staff.
Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date clinical records.
Oversee chart reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities.
Coordinate and deliver staff training and development.
Ensure compliance with program mandates, documentation, and billing requirements.
Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate services and support effective case management.
Develop and implement client‑sensitive policies and procedures.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health programs.
Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as needed.
Requirements
Massachusetts CANS certification.
Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC).
At least 5 years of post‑graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform in high‑pressure situations.
