As the firm continues to grow its Houston footprint, the Business Development Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing regional growth strategies. This individual will collaborate closely with office leadership and the marketing/business development team to identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and enhance brand visibility in the region. Key Responsibilities
Partner with office leadership to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with regional goals. Represent the firm at industry, client, and community events to generate leads and increase visibility. Maintain and report on a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic priorities. Organize and manage regional business development efforts to support marketing objectives. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources throughout the business development process. Qualifications
5-12 years of experience in business development, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Energetic, self‑directed, and collaborative mindset.
