Draft and respond to discovery requests. Prepare various legal motions. Manage a caseload of 10 cases. Engage in client interaction and management. Requirements 4+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience. Experience with depositions and court appearances. Experience drafting and responding to discovery. Experience preparing all manner of motions. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Highly detail-oriented and self-starter with problem-solving abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of California. Skills Strong client interaction and management skills. Ability to manage a caseload effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Benefits Work in office 4 days a week. Expect to work 1,750 hours per year.
