Administrative Assistant
Location: Murrieta, CA
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with advanced Excel skills to join a dynamic team in Murrieta. This role requires strong organizational abilities, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and management
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Prepare reports and presentations with accurate data analysis
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document organization
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy across all records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
