Administrative Assistant

Location: Murrieta, CA

Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour

Employment Type: Direct Hire

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with advanced Excel skills to join a dynamic team in Murrieta. This role requires strong organizational abilities, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams and management
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with accurate data analysis
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document organization
  • Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy across all records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
