Type: Temporary (4–6 months)

Pay: $26 to $30 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for a fast-paced, demanding environment. This temporary role (4–6 months) requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Handle correspondence and ensure timely follow‑up
  • Assist with document preparation and data entry as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast‑paced setting
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other scheduling tools
