Associate Supervisor
GreenDrop Charitable Donations is seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Associate Supervisor to manage and coach a high‑performance team across multiple donation sites.
Responsibilities
Train, coach, and mentor new and existing Associate Supervisors and team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
Provide daily on‑site leadership and hands‑on support for 20–30 sites, ensuring high levels of donor satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oversee all direct report functionality for Area Managers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staffing decisions.
Review and manage candidate applications, conduct interviews, and support onboarding activities for Area Managers.
Maintain site supplies, assets, and maintenance requests; communicate pickup schedules and coordinate donor interactions.
Build and sustain a culture of customer service, representing the GreenDrop brand with a positive, optimistic, and safe customer experience.
Document and report hazards, injuries, and safety concerns to management promptly.
Continuously organize donation stock, record donor information on the company iPad, and submit weekly supply needs to the Area Manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory customer‑service role leading 10 or more team members.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Customer‑service oriented with the ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible schedules and travel between multiple sites.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math skills.
Clean driving record and satisfactory background and physical exams.
