Pay Range: $19.77 to $24.12

Summary The GreenDrop Associate Manager role is critical to delivering exceptional service to donors daily. A self‑motivated individual who leads by example and demonstrates core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Essential Job Functions
Train and coach new and existing team members on company policies and procedures.
Engage with 20‑30 sites; supervise an Area Manager including hiring, coaching, counseling, firing, time tracking, and people‑management needs.
Support Area Manager: review applications, conduct interviews, select talent, complete onboarding.
Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance requests; ensure timely pickup communication.
Interact with donors, demonstrating positive disposition and customer‑focused mindset.
Build a culture of customer service with friendly, efficient interactions.
Assist donors and truck drivers with unloading donations, treating items respectfully, communicating the nonprofit relationship, and encouraging repeat donations.
Work efficiently and call for assistance as needed; follow safety standards.
Maintain safe environment; report hazards or injuries; wear tablet holder; organize donations; send daily/weekly supply needs.
Other duties assigned by manager.

Minimum Required Education, Training & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years in a supervisory customer‑service role leading 10+ team members.
Physical Requirements

Repetitive hand use 70% of time.
Grasp items 80% of time.
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
