Starting pay ranges from $19.77 to $24.12

Responsibilities Train and coach Associate Manager in Training, new team members, and existing team members on all company policies and procedures.
Engage in the field with direct oversight to 20-30 sites on a regular basis.
Perform direct report functionality of an Area Manager: hiring, coaching, counseling, firing duties, tracking time, and people management/development needs.
Support Area Manager by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, selecting talent, and completing onboarding activities.
Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance requests at each site; ensure timely pickup requests are communicated.
Interact with donors while exercising good judgment, maintain a positive disposition, and demonstrate a customer‑focused mindset.
Assists donors and truck drivers with donated merchandise; unload donations, treat items respectfully, communicate company’s nonprofit relationship, and encourage repeat donations.
Work efficiently and call for assistance as needed; follow safety standards, report hazards or injuries.
Use tablet holder to record donor information; organize donations in the stock room; send daily supply needs to Area Manager; perform other duties assigned.

Minimum Required Education, Training, And Experience:
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10 or more team members
