We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in North Channel. This specialist will care for the physical, mental, and emotional well‑being of their patients and their families, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages from children to senior adults.
Family physicians coordinate care with specialty physicians and other team members, ensuring comprehensive treatment for each patient. They do not always require referrals for specialist appointments but are integral to the multispecialty team.
Primary Responsibilities
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals.
Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group. On‑call assignments are about once per month, either weekdays or weekends; weekend calls are shared with another physician.
Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
Provide preventive medicine services.

Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Accredited Family Medicine Residency training
Licensed or willing to be licensed in Texas
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation, including base pay and bonus, is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws.
In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
