The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology-driven projects for clients in various verticals. This role calls for a blend of technical prowess, business acumen, leadership skills, and client-focused problem-solving to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Project Managers serve as the primary point of contact between the client, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, facilitating communication, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with pre-sales team to discuss client requirements, review and develop associated Scopes of Work, budget estimates and estimated timelines
Review and understand scope of work to be performed and collaborate with internal team to develop projects plans to ensure successful project implementation
Display strong client communication skills and ensure ongoing communication with project sponsors and stakeholders of the status and timeline throughout the project
Coordinate and manage resources, maintain project schedules, manage budget, and work with the engineering team to manage risk
Review and manage vendor contracts and collaborate with resources to successfully deliver project work
Track project performance against the project plan, timeline, budget, and client requirements
Follow internal processes and procedures to establish change orders, where appropriate, to ensure project delivery remains within scope and client needs are met
Escalate any project issues promptly to PMO Manager or relevant internal source(s)
Provide regular updates on project status internally and externally by communicating with clients
Ensure project deliverable handover and user acceptance is completed and well documented
Manage the closing process when project is finalized
Work to introduce process improvements from lessons learned

Experience and Education:
4+ years in project management, facilitating IT projects, preferably in a consulting environment
2+ years presenting client solutions while managing budgets, resources, and deliverables
Experience in process improvement and inventory control
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional certification, preferred

Salary range: The total base salary for this role is estimated between $90,000-$120,000. Final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.
