Key Responsibilities
Oversee every aspect of the shift: cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
Set the example and enforce all policies and procedures 100 % of the time.
Staff, schedule paperwork, food management, marketing, store cleanliness, and profitability.
Provide daily support to all team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, take orders, maintain inventory, clean facility.
Drive and deliver pizzas within the assigned area, ensuring safe and timely service.
Essential Functions & Skills
Proficient math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and give correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Ability to enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
Map navigation skills for locating addresses within the delivery area.
Physical stamina: lift up to 50 pounds, carry trays, push dollies, walk, climb stairs, and drive.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped work spaces.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F and sharp edges.
