Commissioning & Performance Analyst – Qcells North America
QCELLS Home Energy Solutions seeks an experienced Commissioning and Performance Analyst to monitor projects through administrative and specialized expertise within our Home Energy System division. The role involves leading support teams in coordination with Customer Advocates and third‑party service providers, ensuring residential solar project commissioning and fleet management meet performance and growth objectives.
Base Pay $80,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Ensure solar project commissioning is 100% complete and accurate before issuing approval to internal finance teams.
Manage quality of construction and adherence to scope of work for system performance.
Issue deficiency notices to installs with commissioning errors.
Proactive fleet management for all systems in service, to confirm performance and monitoring expectations.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices.
Update CRM, fulfillment portal, third‑party financier portals and various other business tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience including 1+ year of experience working with one or more Solar OEM inverter and battery installation and commissioning procedures.
Ability to read solar plan sets.
Detailed analytical thinker with impeccable attention to detail.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present regarding management, vision and strategy in internal and external forums.
Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment.
Ability to adapt and work well in a fast‑paced work environment as well as accept and learn from feedback quickly.
Process driven while finding long‑term solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Construction, Roofing, Solar or Electrical.
Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands Standing 20% of time, sitting 70%, walking 10%; pulling, pushing, carrying, lifting up to 10 pounds; typing, handling and reaching frequently; turning, twisting frequently; bending occasionally.
