What You’ll Do:
Lead strategic growth and drive HDR’s global market share and revenue.
Build and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key clients.
Lead major pursuit teams and develop winning strategies for high‑value contracts.
Shape market strategy with market and operations leadership to support regional plans.
Mentor and train others, fostering a culture of client focus and strategic thinking.
Align functional teams and resources to meet client needs and drive growth.
What You Bring (Roles & Responsibilities)
Achieve global booking goals for the Waste Sector.
Manage regional waste business‑development leaders.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and drivers.
Collaborate with the Waste Sector Director to develop vision and strategy.
Oversee annual and long‑term strategic plans, prioritizing growth initiatives.
Lead cross‑market initiatives in the Regional Business Group.
Identify and fill management, technical, and marketing positions.
Develop training on business‑development best practices.
Maintain deep client relationships as a client manager for key accounts.
Develop partnerships with teaming partners and engage professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Professional or engineering registration or relevant technical experience.
Demonstrated success in winning high‑value contracts in the waste industry.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years relevant industry experience.
Self‑starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement of professional services.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Network of client and industry partners.
Sales experience and development of effective win strategies.
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel and engage in person.
Experience in growing programs in competitive markets.
Experience writing compelling content based on technical staff information.
