Sr Director, Financial Product & Pricing
Qcells is seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Strategy will be responsible for the growth and profitability of these financial products within the Qcells dealer network.
This role has massive strategic scope. You’ll be accountable for the profitability and unit economics of EnFin and will lead our entry into the new homes space and the development of prepaid products—including a prepaid/loan combination. All new financial products and markets will flow through your leadership.
Base pay range $257,000 to $300,000 per year
Responsibilities
Pricing & Profitability
Lead our lease pricing group
Liaison between capital markets and the business
Strategy / Product Creation
Create new financial products that allow us to compete on factors other than price
Develop and launch our prepaid offer and prepaid + loan combination products
Create new financing concepts and enter new sectors
New Market Entry
Lead new market entry, including pricing, licensing, and contract development
Enter new sectors such as channels and new homes
This role will involve managing a team.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in corporate strategy, operation, or corporate development
Previous experience with lease pricing and tax equity structures
Previous experience managing people
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Experience and proficiency in creating high‑quality presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Ability to collaborate across multi‑departments and business entities
Ability to structure and present complex business matters effectively
Assertive, able to cope with pressure, and a team player
Self‑motivated team player with strong Microsoft Office skills
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in residential solar financing
Experience in the Solar Renewable Industry
Location Based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA or Teaneck, NJ.
