Summary / Objective As the Territory Business Manager, you will promote Beta Bionics products and services within your assigned geography, managing the sales process in endocrinology practices, internal medicine, and primary care offices. You will collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists and Inside Sales Specialists to achieve and exceed sales results through strategic targeting, business planning, analytics, and strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive and achieve territorial sales goals.

Plan strategy and use analytics to manage the territory via Salesforce.com.

Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and office staff.

Demonstrate product knowledge and exhibit proficiency in discussing and demonstrating Beta Bionics products.

Establish mutually beneficial relationships with customers at all levels.

Collaborate with Clinical Diabetes Specialists, Inside Sales Specialists, and cross‑functional teams such as Market Access, Marketing, and Customer Care.

Maintain expertise in diabetes disease state, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Problem‑solve in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years prior sales experience in medical device/tech and/or biopharma.

Diabetes sales experience required.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Prior insulin pump sales experience preferred.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment

Field‑based position; candidate must reside in the geographic area specified.

Physical Demands

Regular independent mobility and computer use.

Interaction with co‑workers.

Travel required depending on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary is $90,000‑$120,000, plus an annual commission target, resulting in an annual earnings target of $169,500‑$199,500. Beta Bionics offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with generous match and no waiting period, open PTO, and 10 paid holidays.
