Project Manager
to their growing team — someone ready to lead impactful projects from planning through completion. What You’ll Do
Manage projects from
concept through close‑out , ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met Collaborate with
architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and superintendents
to drive project success Lead project administration: cost estimation, scope development, scheduling, risk management, and documentation Handle
subcontractor negotiations
and oversee contract compliance Manage project accounting, reporting, and financial tracking Ensure
safety compliance
and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management or related field
(or equivalent experience) Knowledge of
construction methods, delivery methods, AutoCAD, and Procore Strong
interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to
manage multiple projects
and build strong client and team relationships A problem‑solver with leadership skills and a
