Overview
Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a Multi‑Unit General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver the best service to every guest, every time. Your leadership drives sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. With paid training, you receive the tools to own your store and develop your Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities
You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day‑to‑day activities of the entire store staff. Your focus includes: Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team. Coaching the team on the sales process and customer experience. Attracting and retaining top‑caliber employees. Advocating the Victra brand. Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Engaging in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store. Ensuring store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time. Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives. Maintaining inventory compliance and retail performance. Providing business operations support: budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Driving traffic and capitalizing on existing customer base. Owning store success, staff scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions. Managing guest escalations and providing timely resolution. Communicating company objectives and priorities to the team and providing timely follow‑up. Staying current with new sales promotions and ensuring guests receive complete solutions to meet their needs. Qualifications
1‑3 years in a retail sales environment and 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Experience in a commissions‑based sales environment. Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment. Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team. Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical & Training Requirements
Physical: Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods of time. All General Managers must complete a 4‑day New Hire University training program within 2 weeks of the official start date and a 3‑day General Manager University program within 30 days of completing NHU. Benefits & Compensation
