Foster and develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption Proactively analyze usage, adoption, and value KPIs to assess customer satisfaction Provide consultative guidance and insights on solution optimization and best practices Actively work towards customer retention and identify areas for growth Create and present Solution Assessments to ensure customers achieve full business value What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of equivalent experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management General understanding of SaaS, software, hardware, and networks Proven strong consulting and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Strong communication skills, capable of presenting analysis in various formats How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in consulting or customer‑facing roles within the technology sector Familiarity with data analysis and metrics‑driven decision‑making Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes Proven ability to innovate and deliver customer success strategies Familiarity with JAGGAER’s software solutions and methodologies We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
