Position Summary This is a part‑time faculty position teaching courses in Agribusiness. Teaching assignments may include day, evening, hybrid, blended, NCIH broadcast, and lab‑based sections. The position may also serve as a substitute instructor for other Agribusiness courses on an as‑needed basis.
Minimum Qualifications An Associate’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field of study from a regionally accredited institution with experience in agribusiness, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Education, or a related area of study from a regionally accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior teaching experience at the post‑secondary level.
Provide classroom and laboratory instruction for students in a traditional course setting.
Participate in course and curriculum design.
Adhere to the departmental course guidelines and ensure that content covers approved student learning outcomes.
Maintain all required college records including attendance and grade reports.
Evaluate student performance using methods appropriate to the course.
Measure and report required student learning outcomes.
Assist students in receiving needed instructional resources.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
