As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the development and optimization of innovative healthcare solutions to enhance clinical decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role is critical to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, strong collaboration skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for building impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs

Operate independently & facilitate cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, clinical, marketing) through the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration

Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities to extend capabilities via external APIs to payers, providers, and partners

Translate business and clinical requirements into API product specifications, user stories, and a prioritized backlog

Ensure APIs are designed for scalability, security (HIPAA, HITRUST compliance), and ease of integration

Define API packaging, pricing, and licensing models (e.g., per-call, subscription, enterprise)

Define KPIs for API adoption, usage, uptime, and customer satisfaction and drive adoption with key clients and partners

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment

Track and report on product performance using data to drive continuous improvement

Serve as the voice of the customer, championing user needs in every phase of development

Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

Work closely with client-facing teams to support go-to-market efforts and gather customer feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered

4+ years of experience in product management and 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare technology or health information services

Proven ability to define and deliver high-impact products in an agile environment with direct experience launching and operating revenue-generating API products

Good technical understanding of APIs, developer portals, authentication (OAuth2), and API management platforms

Experience working with finance and strategy teams on investment cases and revenue models

Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making skills

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling product narratives

Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence)

Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across functions and levels

Other Qualifications

Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms is highly desirable

Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable features

Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, learning, and innovation in healthcare technology

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $150,000 – $210,000

Other compensation: Bonus Eligible
