Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are currently seeking a seasoned

IT Staffing Business Development Manager

to join our team in the San Francisco Bay area. We are looking for individuals with high drive that want their work to allow them to meet and exceed their financial goals.

Responsibilities include managing the sales process of staffing requirements by

identifying and securing new business opportunities

and managing those relationships.

Duties include the following:

Serve as the face of Artech's Sales/ Service team to potential clients and the central point of contact for Artech's associates.

Responsible for all aspects of a client relationship including responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associates, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate

Establish relationships with client decision makers in order to secure new business opportunities.

Provide account management and service delivery support to client

Establish relationships with key client contributors such as Hiring Manager, Procurement, Managed Service Providers (MSP) with the client

Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions

Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding

Work with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience as the senior member of a sales team or team lead is a plus!

Experience in a client servicing role: prospecting, relationship building, presentation skills

Must have 7 years of IT Staffing Industry experience - with clear understanding and ability to discuss technical needs with the client

Experience being responsible for

revenue and profit generation/growth

Documented success meeting/ exceeding quotas

Driven, with a

proven record of success

Assertiveness to develop new relationships with clients

Eagerness to go the distance to build relationships

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
