Product Manager, Omni Fulfillment Supply Chain
Join Apex Systems in leading the digital Omni Fulfillment experience for a leading retail and e‑commerce platform. This role collaborates with business, supply chain, engineering and cross‑functional teams to define and execute strategies that optimize fulfillment operations and post‑purchase client experiences across web, iOS and Android applications.
Base Pay Range $60.00/hr – $70.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
Support the overarching Omni Fulfillment strategy by identifying and prioritizing business needs and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align partners around a clear product vision.
Work closely with other Product Managers to leverage best practices for the omni shopping journey across web and app.
Define and execute the strategy, roadmap and delivery of core supply chain and post‑purchase projects.
Partner with internal supply chain teams to manage and optimize technical integrations (Commerce Tools, OMS, Narvar, Loqate, 3PL systems).
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, external vendors and business teams to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, monitor performance and present metrics to senior management.
Manage prioritization and trade‑offs among customer experience, performance and operational support.
Develop business cases, including financial impact, to support new features.
Write user stories within an Agile framework with clear acceptance criteria.
Partner with A/B testing teams to design and execute experiments that improve client experience and financial outcomes.
Define, monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation, user guides and training materials.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a test‑and‑learn environment.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in supply chain product management with a track record of contributing to technical software projects.
Domain expertise in e‑commerce, post‑purchase client experience and backend supply chain systems (OMS, e‑commerce platforms).
Proven ability to identify business objectives, develop strategies and make reliable decisions during execution.
Experience in a multi‑channel retail environment or customer‑focused technology products.
Ability to meet critical deadlines, manage multiple projects and work cross‑functionally.
Self‑driven professional who operates effectively without close supervision.
Strong problem‑solving skills and quick recommendation.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with a bias for action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable influencing executive‑level management.
Experience with Agile product development and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Slack, MS Teams and Zoom.
Minimum Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
3–7 years of product management with a history of launching highly effective products for large transactional websites or comparable experience.
3–7 years of consumer‑based online experience preferred.
