Opportunity to join a global organization where technology drives every operation. In this hands-on role, youll support both onsite and remote users across multiple regions, combining day-to-day IT support with infrastructure management and small project delivery.
What youll do: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-connected devices in a hybrid environment Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other endpoints Assist with Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern endpoint management tools Deliver guidance and training to users on IT systems, processes, and best practices Help implement new systems, upgrades, and technology rollouts Contribute to process improvements and take ownership of small to mid-scale IT projects
What were looking for: Proven experience in 1st/2nd line IT support Comfortable with modern Windows and cloud-based environments Familiarity with endpoint management, mobile device management, and hybrid systems Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement improvements
