Job Description Summary:
Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
Manage P&L, employee staffing, facility and equipment needs, and dispatch operations.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Travel as required to perform duties.
Education or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system.
Project management skills.
Physical Demands:
This role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range:
$65,000.00 – $95,408.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
