About the Role We are seeking an organized, proactive
Office Manager
to oversee daily operations and maintain a welcoming, efficient office environment. This role manages administrative processes, supports staff across the organization, and leads a small front-desk team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Operations
Manage daily office activities, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Oversee budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking.
Develop and refine office policies to improve workflow.
Coordinate facilities needs, including maintenance, security, and workspace allocation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Supervise and support three Receptionists, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative, service-focused team culture.
Conduct regular team meetings to maintain alignment and communication.
Reception & Front-Desk Management
Ensure a professional, welcoming front desk experience.
Oversee visitor check-ins, calls, and reception coverage schedules.
Support the team in resolving inquiries efficiently.
Administrative Support
Serve as the primary contact for internal administrative requests.
Assist with events, meeting logistics, and internal communications.
Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
Support employee onboarding, including workspace setup and orientation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of office management experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation:
$85,000–$130,000 depending on experience.
