Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will lead the implementation of a data warehouse solution for a NYC government agency, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with NYC government standards and security policies.
Duties
Manage data warehouse project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure
Lead technical teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, and QA engineers
Coordinate with agency stakeholders and IT teams on requirements and deliverables
Facilitate UAT activities and knowledge transfer
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Deliver weekly status reports and monthly steering committee presentations
Mandatory Qualifications
7+ years managing Data Warehouse projects
7+ years managing web-based application delivery
7+ years of experience with a technical background in SQL development
Must have PMP Certification
Must have public sector experience
Desirable Qualifications
NYC government experience
Previous development experience in browser-based and PL/SQL technologies
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with NYC DoITT standards and policies
