Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced CRNAs for a high‑acuity locum opportunity in Hawaii’s largest anesthesia practice, servicing the state’s only Level I Trauma Center. This 6‑12 month full‑time contract offers a fast‑paced environment with a broad range of cases, from trauma and neurosurgery to orthopedics, vascular, and thoracic procedures. Providers will work four 10‑hour shifts per week, including one weekend day, and participate in a collaborative care team model. Malpractice coverage, lodging, rental car, and travel expenses are included.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Hawaii
Minimum 0‑1 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in trauma, general, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and other high‑acuity cases
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
