Review subcontractor invoices.
Work with construction budgets and schedule of values.
Prepare and submit loan packages.
Process bank reconciliations.
Journal entries.
Work with construction contracts.
Special projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2+ years of experience.
Construction, development, real estate background.
Proficiency with G702/G703 a plus!
Strong organizational skills.
