Position: CNHF Systems Product Owner (2500031K)
This role will be pivotal to deploying and enhancing our future state data systems. As a Product Owner supporting a Salesforce CRM environment with Kindsight Ascend, you will coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, gift officers, IT, and Foundation leaders to ensure our products align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will advocate for the needs of end-users and assist with change management by leading trainings and developing processes and guides. By developing data‑driven insights through dashboards and reports, you will improve our solutions while working under the direct leadership of senior management to align product strategies with broader objectives. Collaboration and coordination with broader data teams is required to align data governance and AI investments and strategies. This role will manage strategic projects for the data team, including our roadmap for data/system changes and enhancements and tracking through Asana.

Functional Accountabilities
Coordinate tasks consistent with workload requirements and available resources.
Participate in specified divisional operations and systems.
Recommend and participate in development of new processes and systems to meet departmental needs.
Participate in the training of internal team members on workflows and digital health technologies; assist with determining work assignments, schedules, and priorities; provide work guidance and oversee the activities of one or more processes.
Lead the development and execution of the digital health product roadmap.
Work closely with external vendors to integrate and enhance digital health solutions.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders across the organization to improve and increase utilization of digital health tools.
Organize and lead testing of product enhancements, integration features, upgrades, and problem resolutions.
Regularly round with patients and families and internal end users to understand workflow and design issues that impact optimization of the product.
Track industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Analyze internal and external user data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product features.
Report on product performance to Children’s National leadership and external reference groups.
Track and analyze issues and perform root cause analysis to reduce the inflow of recurring issues.
Ensure the digital health products are user‑friendly, equitable, and effective in achieving desired health outcomes.
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data‑driven decisions to improve functionality and user experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product‑related inquiries and issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of the digital health landscape and emerging technologies.
